Ndoro retraces steps to Botswana

FOLLOWING his recent fallout with Castle Lager Premier Soccer League side Bulawayo City, goalkeeper Takudzwa Ndoro, has retraced to Botswana where he recently signed a two-year contract with little known Sharps Shooting Stars.

The team announced its latest signing on social media.

This will beA� Ndoroa��s second spell in Botswana after spending some time with BDF XI, Extension Gunners and Botswana MC from 2011 to 2015.

The 30-year-old is a twin brother to Warriors striker Tendai Ndoro.

The former joins his new paymasters as a free agent after Bulawayo City released him from his contract in July duo to indiscipline.

Before he was released by City, Takudzwa was briefly suspended from doing duty after he refused travel to Harare for their league match against CAPS United which they lost 1-0 citing family commitments.

The cluba��s then second choice goalkeeper also refused to travel with the team and City had to play the closing minutes of that game with defender Crispen Ncube guarding goal after keeper Wellington Muuya was red-carded for handling a goal bound shot outside the box.

Amakhosi have since signed veteran goalminder Munyaradzi Diya from CAPS United.

They also brought in unheralded Kelvin Nyoni who was with PSLa��s newboys Bulawayo Chiefs.
