MANY women feel paranoid about how they smell down there! Everyone should have a great signature by keeping her vajayjay intact and smelling good.
The truth is that every woman has her own signature scent just like different types of perfumes. It then starts being an issue when someone’s scent becomes too much and unbearable to the person next to her.
As a woman, you just have to make sure that your scent does not make you uncomfortable and all you have to do is covering up all the bases when you wash your vajayjay. After bathing, make sure you remain feeling clean and confident!
Sisters, I just decided to share with you on ways of keeping it smelling fresh and feeling healthy.
As much as you always get a mirror to look at your facial appearance, there is nothing wrong with also using it to check your vajayjay.
I know there are always debates on ways of bathing the vajayjay with the new generation saying you do not have to bath it inside as it washes itself and bathing it may increase someone’s chances of having cervical cancer. On the other hand, old generation believes, the vajayjay should be washed with the middle finger and remove all the discharge. That is the reason they always have got questions on why women of today keep long nails.
The most important fact you have to understand is that the vajayjay actually stays clean on its own without the help of outside cleaners. It needs to be washed with just water and applying soaps can upset the balance leading to infection, irritation and bad smells.
I have also realised that there are chemicals which are said to keep the vagina smelling like sweet flowers. It is not wise to use them because you may end up getting opposite results as they will wash out all the healthy bacteria that help your vajayjay stay clean and infection free.
Things usually start going wrong during that time of the month when the precious wound is bleeding. Get it right during your monthly period!
Many women are said to experience increased rate of vaginal infections when they are menstruating since having blood in the vajayjay changes its pH and throws things out of balance. If you are on your period make sure you frequently change your pad and you do not have to have it the whole day as it may create an odour.
Worse when it is hot, menstrual blood really smells bad and am sure you do not need everyone around you to know that you are on periods because of your smell!
The other thing to do when on periods is avoiding wearing those skinny jeans and tights as they can trap moisture against the skin and prevent airflow.
You have to have a good diet and drink lots of water. Fruits are said to be very good in freshening the smell of the liquids secreted by the vajayjay. Eating fruits will not really make your vajayjay smell like fruits, but it helps develop a more pleasant scent. Fruits have high water content and staying hydrated helps flush the body of toxins that can lead to bad smells.
Always remember to urinate and bath your vajayjay after playing the adult game. Always pee after the adult game even if you will wash it again because unwanted bacteria can travel up to the urethra which is connected to your bladder. Urinating therefore helps flush the bacteria out of the vaginal area. After the game, wash and get rid of all the dirt around the vajayjay. There is nothing as embarrassing as being told that ‘‘unuka umuntu’’, no one wants to know that you just had sex, bath!
Lastly, there is the issue of vajayjay discharge which most women seem not to understand. Discharge is common to all women and helps vaginas to stay healthy by regularly flushing them out and maintaining their pH. Most women have some vaginal discharge throughout the menstrual cycle.
It is important to find out what your discharge looks and smells like on any given day. This kind of self-check is useful as one gets to know her normal smell at various times of the month and can help you to identify when your scent or flavour is off.
The most common question is what is a normal discharge? A normal discharge may appear clear, cloudy white or yellowish when dry on clothing. It may also contain white flecks and at times may be thin and stringy. Changes in normal discharge can occur for many reasons, including menstrual cycle, emotional stressors, nutritional status, pregnancy and sexual arousal.
Any changes in colour or amount of discharge may be a sign of a vaginal infection. Vaginal infections are very common and most women will experience some form of a vaginal infection in their lifetime. Some of the symptoms which may be a sign that one has vaginal infection can include discharge accompanied by itching, rash or soreness, persistent, increased discharge, burning on skin during urination and white or yellow/green discharge with a foul odour. Whenever you feel something is wrong, rush to your doctor!
Sexual confidence comes from the vajayjay!
