GIVING birth is an amazing achievement for many women, but thereafter some are left in a dilemma, wondering whether their cookie-jar will ever get back to its original size.

Worry no more and you have to understand that the cookie-jar is designed like a piano accordion, to stretch open.

Women are different and the sizes of cookie-jars differ, so never compare yourself with anyone as you never know what happened to her vagina after giving birth. With some, it naturally gets back to its size immediately while others claim it remains open, making the adult game a yawning experience.

Sisters, the vagina naturally changes after giving birth and might feel wider, dry or sore for some time.

Whatever your situation may be, sisters, get your cookie-jar to its normal size after giving birth!

You do not have to insert anything inside the cookie-jar, but it is advisable that one practises Kegel exercise to get it normal because a loose cookie-jar can spoil your bedroom life and affect your self-esteem.

First, you have to understand that when you give birth, the baby travels through the cervix and out through the cookie-jar also called the birth canal. It is expected to stretch to allow the baby through. Just imagine that small hole stretching to accommodate a head of a human being, ita��s something else. Ita��s indeed terrible, but it was designed to stretch though at times the skin between the vagina and perineum might tear or be cut by a doctor or midwife to allow the baby out.

What also helps is that the baby is slippery, covered in vernix. This lubrication will help the baby move through the birth canal. Not only is the vagina designed for the big stretch of childbirth only to bounce back again, but it has other hidden treasures.

No matter what happens to your cookie-jar after giving birth, one should know that it is normal for the vagina to feel loose, softer and more open. It may also look and feel bruised or swollen. This is normal and the swelling and openness should start to reduce a few days after your baby is born.

Though the vagina will probably not return completely to its pre-birth shape, this shouldna��t be a problem as one can start pelvic floor exercises. Kegel exercises help to tone the vaginal muscles and your pelvic floor muscles. This will help to prevent urine leaking and can help the cookie-jar to feel firmer. This also helps in making sex feel better.

Kegel exercise are done by holding urine for a few seconds and releasing it a number of times when urinating. It should be done four to six times a day and then your cookie jar will regain its former tone.

Remember that after giving birth you are recovering from a huge physical and emotional upheaval. All you have to do is being kind to yourself and your body. Allow yourself time to get your strength back. Rest!

Getting up and over-exerting oneself too soon (before that six-week mark) may seem like a good idea at the time, but if you push your body too hard too soon after giving birth you will likely pay for it. Give yourself a chance to rest and heal!

Do not worry about whether the cookie-jar will go back to its normal size after giving birth because it definitely will.

A womana��s body wasna��t meant to be broken in two by the act of birth. If this were the case our species would have been short lived and wouldna��t have ever reached this point of population. Obviously women work and are capable of giving birth numerous times.A� Not only are women capable of giving birth- they are capable of satisfying their partners AFTER they have had a baby!

Now my sisters out there dona��t let the birth phase give you that sexual inferiority complex. Let it be another starting point of advancing your sexual life even to a more adventurous pace.
