URBAN grooves artiste Enoch a�?Ex-Qa�? Munhenga has struck the right chord charming a local paint manufacturing and supply company Nash Paints.
Ex-Q, riding on the success of his latest album Tseu Tseu, clinched an endorsement deal with Nash Paints. The company will be responsible for sponsoring most of his projects such as production of his music videos.
He has since launched the video of the song Tsvigiri that featured Bulawayo model Zandile Sibanda.
Nash Paints was responsible for managing the budget of the video and also providing the setting which is the companya��s executive chairperson Tinashe Mutarisia��s personal home.
Tapiwa Mazenge, who is the publicist of Nash Paints revealed that Ex-Q was a powerful brand in the local music industry therefore he was the right person the company partnered.
a�?As Nash Paints we have a strong relationship with different artistes but we decided that we give Ex-Q an endorsement deal because he is one of the best artistes in the country and he has more influence in youths which are our targeted audience.
a�?As part of the deal, we help Ex-Q financially in most of his projects which includes video production, we helped him with the shooting of his hit single Chekeche as it was shot on one of our premises, recently we sponsored his Tsvigiri video and provided the setting as it was shot at our Executive Chairpersona��s personal house,a�? said Tapiwa.
Apart from Ex-Q, Nash Paints has contributed a lot in the local music industry endorsing the Sungura King Aleck Macheso and recently the Military Touch Movement boss Jah Prayzah who remixed his Ndini Ndamubata song as a sound track for the new Nash Paints commercial advertisement which featured Ex-Q playing a cameo role.
Nash Paints are also sponsors of Zimbabwe Broadcasting Corporation musical show Woza Friday which is presented by Hazvinei a�?DJ Chillia�? Sakarombe.
