ACCLAIMED house producer and club wheel spinner DJ Stavo seems to have fallen in love with Bulawayo considering the number of shows the artiste has held in the City of Kings and Queens over the last couple of months.
DJ Stavo is one of the countrya��s celebrated house music producer, a music genre that originates from the neighbouring South Africa and has a large following in Zimbabwea��s southern region especially Bulawayo.
According to DJ Stavoa��s manager Ash Stylz, the Kwekwe-based wheel spinner has continuously developed a soft spot for his Bulawayo fans hence another visit in the city will be on Saturday as he is billed for a gig at the newly opened Crystal Night Club, formerly known as The Lounge.
a�?DJ Stavo loves his Bulawayo fans so much because they appreciate his music and they are always in a party mood. It is no wonder that he makes a return to Bulawayo in as many months. Bulawayo people have a special place in DJ Stavoa��s heart,a�? said Stylz.
DJ Stavo recently took his act at Club Cosmopolitan where Bulawayoa��s party maniacs filled the joint to the rafters.
The manager of Crystal Night Club Trust Mlambo said their new joint was ready to host one of the best house DJs in the country.
a�?As you know Club Crystal is new in the city, we just want to provide good entertainment to our valued customers and we saw it fit to call a celebrated DJ who is Stavo to come for a date in the club and unite with his local fans,a�? said Mlambo.
Entrance at the show is pegged at $5 per person, for those who want to experience the comfort which comes with the Crystal VIP section they have to buy drinks worth $100 as said by the club manager.
Resident DJs including Prince Esikhosini, DJ Becks, Kid Wikead and Marcus Andro will also rotate on the decks.
