SWANSEA striker Wilfried Bony has signed a one-year extension to his contract with the Premier League club. The new deal could keep the 25-year-old Ivory Coast international at the Liberty Stadium until 2018.
Bony scored 25 goals in his first season after signing for a club record A?12m from Dutch side Vitesse Arnhem, and has netted four times this season.

Bony has scored a total of 20 goals for the Swans in the Premier League a�� a club record he shares with Spanish midfielder Michu.
He scored twice for the Ivory Coast at the 2014 World Cup finals and was the subject of transfer speculation during the close season.
Arsenal, Liverpool and Tottenham were all reported to be interested in Bony, but Monk insisted the striker was not for sale. – BBC Sport
